Each member serves a three year term
which are staggered to ensure continuity of service.
Teresa Muckala moved outside of the City of Mounds View this summer and therefore is no
longer a resident of Mounds View. She resigned at the November 15, 2019 regular EDC
meeting and her term of office expires December 31, 2019 leaving a resident representative
opening.
Ken Breske's vacancy has not been filled and expires December 31, 2020 leaving a
business representative opening.
In addition, Dan Larson's resident representative term expires December 31, 2019.
Discussion:
As of the posting of this meeting two applications have been received from Gary Rundle and
Donn Lindstrom for the Resident Representative openings. No applications have been
received for the Business Representative opening.
Recommendation:
EDC to make a motion recommending two resident and one business representative
commissioner to the EDA for consideration. The EDA will review the EDC's recommendation
at its November 25, 2019 regular meeting.
Brian Beeman
Assistant City Administrator
Attachments:
1.
