RESOLUTION 7373 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A COST OF LIVING ADJUSTMENT AND <br />INSURANCE CONTRIBUTION FOR THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />NON-UNION EMPLOYEES <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Compensation Schedule must be annually <br />approved by Council Resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has traditionally awarded the same cost of <br />living increase and health insurance contribution to all employee groups in order <br />to maintain internal equity. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Mounds View, that <br />the City Council does hereby approve a 3% cost of living adjustment effective <br />January 1, 2009, and a monthly insurance contribution of $832.20 for all non- <br />union employees, effective January 1, 2009. <br />Adopted this 8'h day of December, 2008. <br />,~ <br />Rob arty, Mayor ~° <br />ATTEST: <br />~~ Lti~~ C'.~~~..~-'~'~~L' <br />Jim Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
