<br />486850v2 AMB MU205-13 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9197 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY PROPERTY TAX LEVY <br />REQUEST FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Economic Development Authority (the "EDA") has <br />requested that the City of Mounds View levy a tax for the benefit of the EDA pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes 469.107, Subdivision 1; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View approved resolution 9161 <br />approving a preliminary levy of $100,000 on behalf of the EDA on September 9, 2019. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View hereby gives final approval for the collection of a levy for the benefit of the economic <br />development activities within the community in fiscal year 2020 in the amount not to exceed <br />$100,000, which amount shall be included in the City’s levy. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 9th Day of December 2019. <br /> <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> Carol A.
