The Mixed-Use designation provides the flexibility to consider <br />opportunities, without needing to amend the Comprehensive Plan. <br />FUTURE LAND USE MAP <br />The 2040 future land use plan for Mounds View is shown by net acreage and <br />percentage of the whole in Table 2-2. On the following page, Figure 2-2 shows <br />the distribution of those categories across the city. <br />Over the decades, the land use category definitions have evolved.
