RESOLUTION NO. 9215 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZING HIJ LAW TO SIGN A MASTER SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN HIJ LAW AND THE STATE OF MINNESOTA OFFICE OF STATE COURT <br />ADMINISTRATION TO ACCESS MINNESOTA COURT DATA SERVICES FOR <br />GOVERMENTAL AGENCIES <br />WHEREAS, HIJ Law serves as the City Prosecutors for the City of Mounds View; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, HIJ Law requires access to court data services to perform their <br />responsibilities as City Prosecutors; and <br />WHEREAS, the State Court Administration requires that the City of Mounds View <br />provide HIJ Law with Signing Authority to enter into an agreement for access to court data <br />services. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />That Katrina E. Joseph of HIJ Law, or her successor, is hereby designated <br />the Authorized Representative and given Master Subscriber Signing <br />Authority for the purposes of entering into a Master Subscriber Agreement <br />between HIJ Law and the State of Minnesota Office of State Court <br />Administration to access Minnesota court data services for governmental <br />agencies. The Authorized Representative is also authorized to sign any <br />subsequent amendment or agreement that may be required by the State of <br />Minnesota to maintain HIJ Law's access to court data services. <br />Adopted this 6th day of January, 2020. <br />Carol Mueller, Mayor . <br />ATTEST: <br />Nyle Z' mun , City dministrator <br />(seat) <br />
