RESOLUTION NO. 9217 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING VACATION CARRYOVER EXTENSION <br />FOR DON PETERSON AND NATE GARLAND <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has clear policy on vacation awarded, <br />accumulated and limits on carryover; and <br />WHEREAS, two employees have excess vacation to carryover by policy and have <br />requested an 6 month extension to use; and <br />WHEREAS, both employees are highly valued members of our team and <br />extenuating circumstances caused the situation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View authorizes a 6 month extension to Don Peterson to use the excess 40 hours <br />of vacation by June 30, 2020 and for Nate Garland to use the excess 60.5 hours by June <br />30, 2020. <br />Adopted this 13th Day of January, 2020. <br />Carol A.
