RESOLUTION NO. 9223 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZING AGGIE QUASABART TO ATTEND THE INCODE CONFERENCE <br />WHEREAS, the City receives benefits when staff attend educational and <br />training conferences; and <br />WHEREAS, City policy requires City Council authorization for out-of-state <br />travel; and <br />WHEREAS, the City is considering an upgrade to the accounting software <br />that will provide for more self-service for residents, businesses, and staff; and <br />WHEREAS, this conference will provide in-depth training in all aspects of the <br />accountants job; and <br />WHEREAS, this training and travel has been budgeted for in the water and <br />sanitary sewer funds with an estimated cost of $2,700. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View that Aggie Quasabart is authorized to attend the INCODE Conference <br />in Orlando, Florida on April 26-29. <br />Adopted this 13th day of January, 2020. <br />Carol A.
