The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title 1100, Chapter <br />1104, Section 1104.02, Subdivision 2 of the Mounds View Municipal Code by deleting the steer} <br />material as follows: <br />Subd. 2. Lot Dimensions: Lot width and area shall not be less than the following: <br />a. Width <br />(1) R-1 interior lot 75 feet <br />(2) R-1 corner lot, R-2, R-3 and R-4 100 feet <br />(Amended, Ord. 829, 9-3-09) <br />b. Minimum Lot Area: <br />(1) Computations for lot area shall not include land beyond a depth of one hundred <br />fifty feet (150') on lots having less than one hundred foot (100') frontage. <br />(2) Lots having equal to or greater than one hundred foot (100') frontage may use <br />depths not exceeding one and one-half (1-1/2) times the frontage in computing lot <br />area. <br />(3) Minimum lot area requirement shall be as stated in the table below.
