Kellogg Blvd <br />Saint Paul, MN 55102 <br /> <br />Honorable Judge Warner: <br /> <br />SUMMARY OF COMMISSION ACTIVITY: January 2014 - December 2014 <br /> <br />January 8, 2014: No meeting due to poor weather and lack of ability to meet with a quorum. <br /> <br />February 12, 2014: Discussion continued on Chapter 8 2013 Annual Summary was reviewed. <br /> Resolution 2014-01 was adopted to meet the 2nd Thursday from March through June 2014. <br /> <br />March 13, 2014: Discussion continued on Chapter 8, with an emphasis on reviewing what <br />rights were retained by the citizens of Mounds View and taking a closer look at a better <br />presentation format. <br /> <br />April 10, 2014: Discussion continued on Chapter 8 with review of the retained rights <br />documentation from conversations at the March meeting. <br /> <br />May 8, 2014: There was no meeting in May due to lack of quorum. <br /> <br />June 12, 2014: Discussion continued on Chapter 8. Bill Doty brought copies of the New <br />Brighton Bulletin publication of the original Charter for members to review.
