Invasive trees/bushes shall <br />be removed using best practices. City staff or contracted services may be used to perform this work. <br />Any high value trees, as defined in Chapter 1127, located on city property that removed shall be <br />replaced on a minimum of a 2:1 ratio. <br />City property includes city parks, green space or wooded corridors. <br />
