ROLL CALL: <br />Commissioners: Arel, Aukee, Katovich, Kroeger, Kunz, Palm, Rundle, <br />Staff: Peterson <br />3. APPROVAL OF SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA: Motion to approve by Kroeger, 2"d by <br />Palm. Motion passed 5-0. <br />4. PUBLIC INPUT <br />Citizens may speak to issues not on tonight's agenda. Before speaking, please give your full <br />name and address. Please limit your comments to three minutes. No residents present. <br />5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS — none at this time <br />6. NEW BUSINES <br />A. Review Bids for Greenfield and Groveland Tennis and Basketball Court Rehabilitation <br />project. 2 bid received: <br />Bid #1: Oman Brothers: Base bid $209,000, Alternate bid (black vinyl fencing) $18,250, Unit <br />price $40. <br />Bid #2: Bituminous Road Ways: Base bid $179,425. Alternate bid $18,150, Unit Price $60. <br />7% contingency, Inspection by Fred Kolkmann: $7500. <br />Total Project by Bituminous Road Ways: $218,905.25 <br />Commissioner Katovich present. <br />City has had work done by Bituminous in the past, so is familiar with their work. <br />Motion by Rundle to recommend to City Council the bid from Bituminous Road Ways. <br />2nd by Arel. Motion Passed 6-0. <br />7. COMMISSIONER REPORTS: Public Works Open House Tomorrow, Wednesday, June 6 <br />from 3-6 PM at the new public works building! <br />8. REQUESTS FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS / OTHER BUSINESS <br />9. ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Palm to adjourn at 7:11 PM, 2nd by Kunz.
