FILE- <br />OCT —8 2018 <br />STATE 0F MINNESOTA COURT DMNSTRATOR SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY By %DEPUWOURT FILE NUMBER 62-cv-16-32 <br />In the Matter of the Appointment <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW AMENDED ORDER APPOINTING <br />CHARTER COMMISSION COMMISSIONERS <br />WHEREAS,there is a vacancy on the Mounds View Charter Commission,notice of the <br />vacancy was published,three applications were received,and the Commission provided a <br />resolution supporting the three applications. <br />WHEREAS,Minnesota Statute §410.05,subd.1—3,requires the Chief Judge to fill the <br />vacancies for terms expiring October 31,2022; <br />IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following individuals are appointed as members of <br />the Mounds View Charter Commission for a term to expire October 31,2022: <br />Brooks Lee Staples,7535 Edgewood Drive,Mounds View,MN 551 12 <br />Marisa Reyes-Johnson,7851 Sunnyside Road,Mounds View,MN 551 12 <br />Brandon Clawson,8404 Sunnyside Road,Mounds View,MN 551 12 <br />IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED THAT: <br />The Court Administrator of the Second Judicial District shall immediately by mail notify <br />the members of the Mounds View Charter Commission notice of this appointment.Additionally, <br />the Court Administrator shall notify by mail the appointee of this Order and her individual <br />responsibility to file the Oath.Such appointment is to be fully effective upon the filing 0f the <br />appropriate Oath with the Court Administrator of the Second Judicial District Court for Ramsey <br />County,Minnesota.
