Pursuant to State Statute 410.05 subd. 2 and our Bylaws the Mounds <br />View Charter Commission is requesting he be removed from his position and the Chief <br />Judge be requested to fill the vacancy created thereby. <br />Jonathan J Thomas, Mounds View Charter Commission Chair, and Barbara L Thomas, <br />Mounds View Charter Commission Secretary, do solemnly swear that Thai W Vang has <br />failed to perform the duties of the office and has failed to attend more than five consecutive <br />regular meetings.
