APPROVAL OF AGENDA 20 <br /> 21 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Hull. To Approve the November 4, 2019, Agenda as 22 <br />presented. 23 <br /> 24 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 25 <br /> 26 <br />4. EDA BUSINESS 27 <br /> 28 <br />A. Adopt EDA Resolution 19-EDA-331 Notice of Partial Assignment of Rights 29 <br />Under Real Property Purchase Agreement. 30 <br /> 31 <br />Executive Director Zikmund requested the EDA adopt a Resolution approving the notice of 32 <br />partial assignment of rights under real property purchase agreement. He explained 33 <br />INH/Crossroad Pointe has taken on an investment partner, GR Scherber, for this project. He 34 <br />reported the update to the Purchase Agreement has been reviewed by the City Attorney and was 35 <br />recommended for approval. It was noted the City would close on this property at 11:00 a.m. on 36 <br />November 4, 2019. 37 <br /> 38 <br />President Mueller questioned if INH would own and manage the property after it was built. 39 <br />Executive Director Zikmund stated INH would remain the managing partner. 40 <br /> 41 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Gunn. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 19-42 <br />EDA-331 Notice of Partial Assignment of Rights Under Real Property Purchase Agreement. 43 <br /> 44 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 45 <br /> 46
