PROPOSAL <br />•The site will be developed and finished to accommodate a 100 unit senior housing <br />structure whose primary focus will be to provide independent living, assisted living and <br />memory care to senior citizens. <br />•Residents will experience a full continuum of care, allowing them to comfortably age in <br />place while supported by a full range available services. <br />•The site will host a full range of amenities such as, patios, gardens and walking paths. The <br />walking paths will connect to the existing public sidewalk on Old Highway 8.
