ORDINANCE NO. 844 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OFRAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MOUNDS VIEW CITY CODE BY CHANGING ALL <br />OCCURRENCES INTHE CITY CODE OF "CLERK- ADMINISTRATOR" TO "CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR" <br />SECTION 1. OnMarch8, 2010, theCityCounciladoptedOrdinance841whichamended <br />the City Charter by changing all occurrences of "Clerk- Administrator" in the Charter to "City <br />Administrator" and revised Sections 6.03 and 6.04 of the Charter regarding the duties of the <br />City Administrator and City Treasurer. This Ordinance was published on March 18, 2010 and <br />willbeeffectiveJune16, 2010, absentanychallenges. <br />SECTION 2. In order tomake the City Code consistent with the changes inthe City Charter <br />thatwere setforth inOrdinance 841, theCityCouncil oftheCityofMounds View hereby <br />amends the Mounds View Municipal Code asfollows: <br />Whereverthewords "Clerk- Administrator" appearintheCode, suchwords <br />shall bedeleted andreplaced withthewords "City Administrator." <br />SECTION 3.
