RESOLUTION 7382 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, SETTING THE BID DATE, <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE <br />2009-2010 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, on May 22, 2006 the City Council adopted Resolution 6823 <br />ordering the Feasibility Report for the 2007-2008 Street and Utility Improvement Project; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, on December 11, 2006 the City Council held a Public Hearing <br />and adopted Resolution 6982 approving the Feasibility Report for the 2007-2008 Street <br />and Utility Improvement Project; and <br />WHEREAS, on February 12, 2007 the City Council adopted Resolution <br />7018 approving the sufficiency of petition in opposition to the 2007-2008 Street and <br />Utility Improvement Project; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 12, 2007 the City Council adopted Resolution 7045 <br />establishing the Streets and Utilities Task Force; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 22, 2007 the City Council adopted Resolution <br />7176 approving the Street and Utility Improvement Program based on the <br />recommendations of the Streets and Utilities Task Force; and <br />WHEREAS, on February 11, 2008 the City Council adopted Resolution <br />7223 establishing the Streets and Utilities Committee; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 24, 2008 the City Council adopted Resolution 7245 <br />appointing members to the Streets and Utilities Committee; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 24, 2008 the City Council held a Public Hearing <br />and adopted Resolution 7243 ordering the 2009-2010 Street and Utility Improvement <br />Project, based on the Feasibility Report for the 2007-2008 Street and Utility <br />Improvement Project, with the addition of Red Oak Drive north of Sherwood Road; and <br />WHEREAS, one of the duties of the Streets and Utilities Committee is to <br />review non-standard issues for projects within the Street and Utility Improvement <br />Program and make recommendation to the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, on July 28, 2008 the City Council adopted Resolution 7307 <br />approving various preliminary design issues on the 2009-2010 Street and Utility <br />Improvement Project including non-standard street widths, parking lanes, pedestrian <br />corridors, and the access to County Road 10; and <br />
