RESOLUTION NO. 9234 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING A ONE TIME COMPENSATION PAYMENT TO BARB BENESCH <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Benesch is a long serving employee who had retired but returned <br />to work at our request on a temporary part time basis; and <br />WHEREAS, compensation was based on a council adopted resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, situations and changes have resulted in a need to update and amend <br />the relationship which council did adopt a resolution in January providing COLA's and <br />increased hours; and <br />WHEREAS, The City values the relationship and efforts by Ms. Benesch and <br />recognizes the change in expectations justifies this one-time compensation payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View does hereby approve a one-time compensation payment of $2,311 which <br />is the calculated amount of the 2018 and 2019 COLA for the time actually worked. <br />Adopted this 10th Day of February, 2020. <br />ATTEST: <br />(seal) <br />4 771ro ;u; Dcsrruhlc C'0'11711tIHIII <br />�Zl � l ��- <br />Carol A.
