RESOLUTION NO. 9237 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR LONG LAKE <br />WOODS SECOND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, to facilitate development of certain real property in the City of Mounds View, <br />Minnesota (the "City") located generally north of Sherwood Road, east of Eastwood Road, south <br />of Ardan Avenue, and west of Long Lake Road, the City proposes to enter into a Development <br />Agreement (the "Contract") with certain individuals and entities that own property within said <br />area; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Contract and finds that the execution <br />thereof by the City and performance of its obligations thereunder are in the best interest of the City <br />and its residents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View, Minnesota that the Contract is approved in substantially the form presented to the City <br />Council on the date of this Resolution, subject only to modifications that are approved by the City <br />Attorney and do not alter the general substance of the agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Mounds View, Minnesota that the proper City staff and officials are authorized to execute the <br />final version of the Contract and take all actions necessary to perform the City's obligations under <br />the Contract as a whole, including without limitation, the execution of any documents to which <br />the City is a party referenced in or attached to the Contract, and any deed or other documents <br />necessary, all as described in the Contract. <br />Dated: February 10, 2020. <br />Carol A.
