RESOLUTION NO. 09-EDA-251 <br />MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (EDC) <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission (EDC) consist of <br />members appointed by the Economic Development Authority (EDA); and <br />WHEREAS, there are currently two vacant seats which expired on <br />December 31, 2008; and <br />WHEREAS, the EDA reviewed the applicants to the EDC, and <br />recommend reappointing Dr. Greg Belting and Jackie Entsminger to the EDC, as <br />recommended by the EDC at the December 12, 2008, EDC Meeting. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Economic <br />Development Authority (EDA) do hereby approve Dr. Greg Belting and Jackie <br />Entsminger for a three year term to expire on December 31, 2011. <br />ATTEST: <br />Adopted this 12th day of January, 2009 <br />by the Mounds View Economic <br />Development Authority <br />oe erty, Pre ent <br />~~~~~ <br />v <br />James Ericson, Executive Director <br />(SEAL) <br />
