Subd. 1. The name, address and telephone number of the applicant. <br />Subd. 2. The location, address and parcel identification number (P1N) of the building, structure or <br />lot to which or upon which the sign is to be placed. <br />Subd. 3. Complete and detailed plans showin<~ the ~ position of the sign or other advertising <br />structure in relation to nearby buildings, structures and streets or highways, and to the <br />nearest propert. l~ i-i~~~~~sa <br />Subd. 4. Two (2) complete and detailed blueprints or ink drawings of the plans, including <br />elevations, distances, size and details, and specifications and method of construction and <br />attachment to the building or to the ground. Such plans shall fully and clearly represent the <br />proposed sign and the construction. <br />Subd. 5. A copy of the stress sheets and calculations may be required by the Inspector, on larger <br />signs, showing that the structure is designed for dead load and wind pressure in any <br />direction in the amount required by this Chapter and any other applicable law. <br />Subd. 6. The name of the person or company erecting the structure, if not the applicant, or the <br />name of the person on whose property the structure is to be located, if not the applicant. <br />Subd. 7. The written consent of the owner of the property, if not the applicant. <br />Subd. 8. A statement as to whether the sign will be illuminated or not. <br />Subd. 9. A statement as to whether any electric lights on the sign will be "moving" or blinking. <br />Subd. 10. A statement as to whether the sign will be single-faced, double-faced or multi-faced. <br />Subd. 11. A statement as to whether or not the copy on the sign will be changeable. <br />Subd. 12. A statement as to whether or not the copy on the sign will relate only to the business or <br />activity conducted on the premises on which the sign is to be located. Fee: The application for a permit shall be accompanied by the required permit fee. The <br />permit fee shall be established by resolution of the City Council. (1988 Code §39.10) <br />Subd. 2.
