NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: Accepts the Proposal from Paul Bunyan Plumbing and Drains for televising, inspecting and lining of the private Sanitary Sewer lines. 2. That a contract is as follows: 3. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Paul Bunyon Plumbing and Drains for the City of Mounds View. Said contracts shall expire on December 31, 2020. 4. The Mayor and City Administrator, staff and consultants are hereby authorized and directed to take all additional steps and actions necessary or convenient in order to accomplish the intent of this resolution.
