The Mounds View Vision <br />A Thriving Desirable Community <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9219 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING A THREE YEAR LABOR AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE PUBLIC WORKS BARGAINING GROUP EFFECTIVE <br />JANUARY 1, 2020 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2022 <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the previously approved Labor Agreement with the Public Works <br />Bargaining Group expired at the end of 2019; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City and the Public Works Bargaining Group held a series of <br />negotiating sessions in an effort to ratify a new agreement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The City and the Public Works Bargaining Group reviewed and <br />agreed to certain revisions to the Labor Agreement as shown in the attached Exhibit A. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View does hereby approve a revised three year Labor Agreement with the Public <br />Works Bargaining Group, effective January 1, 2012, through December 31, 2022. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th Day of January, 2020. <br /> <br /> <br /> _______________________________ <br /> Carol A.
