623264v1MU210-54 1 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 970 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 1100, CHAPTERS 1102, 1103, 1104, 1105, 1112, <br />1113, 1123, AND 1125 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW CITY CODE RELATING TO ZONING <br /> <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title 1100, Chapter <br />1102, Section 1102.02 of the Mounds View Municipal Code by adding the double-underlined <br />material and deleting the stricken material as follows: <br /> <br />Subd. 70. LOT, FRONTAGE: The front of the lot shall be, for purposes of complying with this <br />Title, that boundary abutting a public right-of-way having the least width. <br /> <br />Subd. 73. LOT LINE, FRONT: That boundary of a lot which abuts a street, and in the case of <br />a corner lot, it shall be the shortest dimension on a public street; should the said dimensions <br />be equal, the owner shall designate the front for the record the front lot line shall be <br />determined by the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />Subd. 77. LOT WIDTH: The mean horizontal distance between the side lot lines of a lot, <br />measured within the lot boundaries. In the case of irregularly shaped lots located on a cul- <br />de-sac or curved street, lot width shall be measured at the required front and rear setback <br />lines. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title 1100, Chapter <br />1103, Section 1103.03, Subdivision 5 of the Mounds View Municipal Code by adding the double- <br />underlined material as follows: <br /> <br />Subd. 5. Front Lot Lines: On a through lot (a lot fronting on two (2) parallel streets), pursuant <br />to the definition of through lot in Chapter 1102, both street lines shall be front lot lines for <br />applying the yard and parking regulations of this Title. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title 1100, Chapter <br />1104, Section 1104.02, Subdivision 2 of the Mounds View Municipal Code by deleting the stricken <br />material as follows: <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Lot Dimensions: Lot width and area shall not be less than the following: <br /> <br /> a. Width <br /> <br /> (1) R-1 interior lot 75 feet <br />
