REPORTS 11 <br />A. Reports of Mayor and Council. 12 <br /> 13 <br />Council Member Gunn stated the Daddy Daughter Dance was a tremendous success again this 14 <br />year. She thanked the Mounds View resident that served as the official photographer. 15 <br /> 16 <br />Council Member Meehlhause explained the NYFS Service to Youth Award Ceremony would be 17 <br />held on Thursday, February 13th. He noted Police Chief Harder and Tammy Moberg would be 18 <br />individuals honored at this event. 19 <br /> 20 <br />Council Member Meehlhause updated the Council on the four NYFS meetings he would be 21 <br />attending in the next two weeks. 22 <br /> 23 <br />Council Member Bergeron commented he has had two people reach out to him regarding the 24 <br />Daddy Daughter Dance stating how positive this event was. He thanked the Mounds View 25 <br />Police Foundation for putting on this great community event. 26 <br /> 27 <br />Mayor Mueller stated she would be attending the Festival in the Park Committee meeting on 28 <br />Tuesday, February 18th at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Center. She reported additional 29 <br />volunteers were still needed to assist with planning this year’s event. 30 <br /> 31 <br />Mayor Mueller indicated she was looking forward to attending the NYFS Service to Youth 32 <br />Award Ceremony on Thursday, February 13th. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Mayor Mueller reported the Ramsey County League of Local Government would meet on Friday, 35 <br />February 14th at 7:30 a.m. and the Minnesota Women in City Government would meet at the 36 <br />League of Minnesota Cities in St. Paul on Friday afternoon. 37 <br /> 38 <br /> B. Reports of Staff. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Finance Director Beer reported the City’s audit was underway and should be completed in the 41 <br />next two weeks. 42 <br /> 43 <br />City Administrator Zikmund stated the Town Hall meeting would be held on Monday, April 20th 44 <br />at 6:00 p.m. He noted the Town Hall event would be held at the Community Center this year.
