Accepts the Proposal from Paul Bunyan Plumbing and Drains for televising, <br />inspecting and lining of the private Sanitary Sewer lines. <br /> <br />2. That a contract is as follows: <br /> <br /> Unit Price Schedule <br />Contractor <br />Televising: <br />Base Cost <br /> <br />Televising <br /> hourly rate <br /> <br />Lining Cost <br />for set up <br />and first <br />25’ <br /> <br />Lining cost <br />per foot <br />after 25’ <br />Estimated <br />Repair / <br />Replace <br />Cost <br />Paul Bunyan Plumbing <br />and Drains <br />$139 $99 $2,890 $69 $6790 first <br />65’ <br /> <br /> <br />3. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into a contract with Paul Bunyan Plumbing and Drains for the City of <br />Mounds View. Said contracts shall expire on December 31, 2022. <br /> <br />4.
