ROLL CALL: Kunz, Palm, Kroeger, Arel, Long, Aukee | Staff: Dazenski, DeBar <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Motion to approve by Palm, 2nd by Long. Motion Passed 6-0. <br />4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A. July 22, 2010 Meeting Minutes: Motion to approve minutes by Aukee, 2nd by Palm. Motion <br />Passed 6-0 <br />B. August 26, 2010 Meeting Minutes: Motion to approve by Long, 2nd by Kunz. Motion Passed <br />6-0 <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT <br />Citizens may speak to issues not on tonight’s agenda. Before speaking, please give your full <br />name and address. Please limit your comments to three minutes. No residents present. <br />6. YMCA UPDATE <br />A. Program Updates: Fall Family Fun Day October 30th 11:30-1:00 $5 per family. <br /> Room in swim lessons and other youth programs such as floor hockey, indoor soccer, and <br /> preschool sports. Event center available for rental. <br />7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />A. Review/Discuss Lambert Park Facilities Layout & On-Street Parking (with Public <br />Comment). Area residents were invited, but no residents attended. Need to remove several <br />trees between existing parking lot and ball diamond regardless of building placement. Can <br />fit 20 parking areas with one handicapped accessibility space. Need to correct elevation on <br />northwest corner of Lambert and Jackson. This would be funded from the street project. <br />Discussion of building being straight facing north or south, or sitting at an angle with the <br />front facing northeast (preferred). Some of the property will be mitigated for drainage per <br />RCWD (northeast corner, and south east corner. Ability to expand playground to the east if <br />move ball field east. <br />B. Review/Update Park Improvement Plan (PIP): <br /> Discussed breaking up Line 15: Ballfield turf improvements with irrigation at Groveland <br />and Hillview. Groveland is ready to go, but need to wait for Hillview until a decision is <br />made about the ice rink. Remove #15, and treat #6 and #9 as separate items. <br /> Need to move $6,000 of line 10 from PDF, to BBC contribution. <br />8. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Discuss Agenda for Joint Meeting with City Council on November 1, 2010 at 7:00 pm <br /> Present status of the parks, contributions from BBC, agenda for next year, questions for <br /> the City Council. Discussion of Lambert Park improvements. Kroeger will create a <br /> presentation. <br /> <br /> <br />9. REPORTS
