M E M O R A N D U MM E M O R A N D U MM E M O R A N D U MM E M O R A N D U M <br />TO: PARKS AND RECREATION AND FORESTRY COMMISSIONERS <br />FROM: NICK DEBAR | PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR <br />DATE: JANUARY 27, 2011 <br />RE: DISCUSS PROPOSED INTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS TO RANDOM PARK BUILDING <br />The City was recently approached by the Lions Club with a suggestion to modify the floor plan in <br />the Random Park building. For the most part, the building is an open floor plan. However, a small <br />room exists In the northwest corner of the building that was previously used as an office for the golf <br />course manager. The Lions have suggested that the City consider knocking down the interior <br />partition wall to open this office space into the main room. <br />A representative from the Lions Club is expected to be in attendance at tonight’s meeting to answer <br />any questions that the Commissioners may have. If Commissioners agree that this is an <br />improvement worth pursuing, City staff will bring the recommendation to the City Council. <br />ITEM NO. 9B
