City of Mounds View <br />203.03 203.04 <br />203.03:REVENUE SHARING FUND: <br />Subd. 1. Definitions: As used in this Section, the definitions adopted pursuant to 31 Code of <br />Federal Regulations subtitle B, part 51, Federal Assistance to State and Local Governments <br />are hereby adopted by reference. (1988 Code §21.01) <br />Subd. 2. Fund Established: There is hereby established and created a trust fund designated as the <br />"Revenue Sharing Fund" wherein there shall be deposited all entitlement funds received by <br />the City pursuant to the Revenue Sharing Act. The uses and accounting for the <br />aforementioned funds and all regulations pertaining to said funds pursuant to 31 Code of <br />Federal Regulations, subtitle B, part 51, Federal Assistance to State and Local Governments <br />are hereby adopted by reference and any future regulations amending or supplementing this <br />Section. (1988 Code §21.02) <br />203.04:LAKESIDE PARK FUND1: <br />Subd. 1. Fund Established: There is hereby established and created a fund designated as the <br />"Lakeside Park Fund", hereinafter in this Section referred to as the "Fund". (1988 Code <br />§22.01) <br />Subd. 2. Purpose: The purpose of the Fund is to account for expenses relating to the operation, <br />maintenance and improvement of Lakeside Park. There shall be deposited in the Fund <br />contributions and/or donations received from other governmental units, corporations and/or <br />individuals, transfers from other City funds and fees charged for recreation activities <br />conducted at the Park authorized by the City and supervised by the Director of Parks, <br />Recreation and Forestry or such other designee as authorized by the Council. (1988 Code <br />§22.02) <br />Subd. 3. Use of Fund: Such funds shall be used for the direct operating expense, maintenance and <br />improvements of Lakeside Park and for the direct operating expenses of recreation activities <br />conducted at the Park. (1988 Code §22.03) <br />Subd. 4. Expenses: All expenses from the Fund shall be approved by the Council. The Director <br />of Parks, Recreation and Forestry may recommend expenses for approval.
