City of Mounds View <br />203.06 203.07 <br />Subd. 2. Purpose: There shall be deposited in said Fund all cash fees charged by the City for <br />recreation activities authorized by the City and supervised by the Director of Parks, <br />Recreation and Forestry or such other designee as authorized by the Council. (1988 Code <br />§24.02) <br />Subd. 3. Use of Fund: Such funds shall be used for the direct operating expense of City <br />authorized recreation activities. These expenses shall include, but shall not be limited to, <br />compensation of instructors, rents or the purchase of equipment or supplies for recreational <br />activities. (1988 Code §24.03) <br />Subd. 4. Expenses: All expenses from the Fund shall be approved by the Council. The Director of <br />Parks, Recreation and Forestry may recommend expenses for approval. (1988 Code §24.04) <br />Subd. 5. Accounting: The Director of Parks, Recreation and Forestry shall be responsible for and <br />shall prepare an annual accounting of the Fund. This shall include all revenues, expenses <br />and balances at the end of each calendar year. All funds received shall be deposited with the <br />City Finance Director/Treasurer as provided for in Section 106.04 of this Code. (1988 Code <br />§24.05) <br />Subd. 6. Transfer of Funds: The Council may transfer funds into the Recreation Activity Fund <br />from any source, but there shall be no transfer of funds from the Recreation Activity Fund, <br />except for the purposes enumerated in subdivision 3 of this Section. (1988 Code §24.06) <br />203.07:STORM WATER MANAGEMENT FUND1: <br />Subd. 1. Definitions: The following words and terms, wherever they occur in this Section, shall be <br />defined as follows: <br />a. AREA: The total area of the subject parcel of land measured in square feet and to the <br />center line of any abutting public streets or rights of way. <br />b. FUND: The Storm Water Management Fund. <br />c. OWNER: Any individual, firm, association, corporation, syndicate, copartnership, trust <br />or other legal entity having sufficient legal or equitable interest in the subject parcel of land <br />to commence and maintain proceeding for a building permit under Chapter 1006 of this <br />Municipal Code. <br />1 See Chapter 1010 of this Code for wetland zoning regulation; see Chapter 1301 of this Code for flood plain <br />zoning; see Chapter 1302 of this Code for surface water drainage regulation.
