APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Motion by Palm to approve, 2nd by Aukee. Motion Passed 6-0 <br />4. SPECIAL BUSINESS <br />A. Reappointment Oath for Jerry Kunz, by Brian Erickson <br />B. Reappointment Oath for Cindy Palm, by Brian Erickson <br />5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A. December 15, 2016: Motion to approve by Aukee, 2nd by Arel. Motion Passed 6-0 <br />6. PUBLIC INPUT <br />Citizens may speak to issues not on tonight’s agenda. Before speaking, please give your full <br />name and address. Please limit your comments to three minutes. <br />Gary Meehlhause: Random Park Building looks fantastic on the inside! A real difference in the <br />building by removing the old office room, paint and carpet. <br />7. STAFF REPORTS <br />A. YMCA: See attached report. Gym rentals down from previous years because MVCC/YMCA <br />running more of their own programming which takes up rental availability. <br />B. Public Works: See attached report. <br />8. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />A. City Hall Park - continue discussion on splash pad, playground, picnic area and shelters: <br />Reviewed latest proposal from Task Force to present to City Council Work Session in <br />March. Accepted feedback from Commission. Do we need to consider any fencing/border <br />to guide entry points into splash pad area and/or security cameras? <br />B. Discuss Disc Golf Course Modifications at Silver View Park – (verbal report/update by <br />Staff). Like the proposed layout. We can adjust order of tees later. <br />C. Review Park and Trail System Map: Latest updates modified. Need to see what Staff need <br />for the next City Comprehensive Plan. <br />
