Mounds View City Council March 9, 2020 <br />Regular Meeting Page 5 <br /> <br /> <br />Council Member Bergeron stated he would be attending a CTV Board meeting next week. <br /> <br />Mayor Mueller reported she would be attending the Ramsey County League of Local Government <br />meeting on Friday, March 13th with Council Member Meehlhause. <br /> <br />Mayor Mueller explained on Monday, March 16th the Council would be holding a retreat at <br />Random Park at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Mueller encouraged the public to review the recent issue of the Mounds View Matters. She <br />also reviewed an article from the Shoreview Press regarding the 2020 Census. She discussed how <br />important it was for all residents to be counted in the 2020 Census and reviewed the census <br />timeline. <br /> <br />Mayor Mueller reported the Town Hall meeting would be held on Monday, April 20th at 6:00 p.m. <br />at the Mounds View Community Center. <br /> <br /> B. Reports of Staff. <br /> <br />City Administrator Zikmund stated a tentative plan for the final remodeling at City Hall had been <br />completed and work would begin on Friday, March 13th. He explained the work would take six <br />weeks to complete, three weeks at City Hall and three weeks at the Police Department. <br /> <br />City Administrator Zikmund reported he completed a H2OPP animation program with CTV and <br />this information would be available to the public. He explained a letter would be sent to all <br />property owners regarding the voluntary program later this week. <br /> <br />City Administrator Zikmund commented on the protocol that would be followed by the City for <br />the coronavirus. He encouraged those who are sick or showing symptoms to stay home. <br /> <br />10. Next Council Work Session: Monday, April 6, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Next Council Retreat: Monday, March 16, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. <br />Next Council Meeting: Monday, March 23, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />11.
