Zikmund stated staff is working with CTV on options which <br />include a conference call type meeting. Attorney Riggs indicated all votes will need to be <br />roll call when conducting meetings via other means. <br /> <br />Mayor Mueller read statement and determination of meeting by other means. <br /> <br />Administrator Zikmund stated staff would have minutes, resolutions, and Mayoral <br />Declaration posted on City web page by noon on Monday.
