Item 8A <br />March 23, 2020 <br />Page 2 <br />patio area secured by decorative wrought iron fencing that separates it from the parking lot. <br />The City Planner has indicated that once the parking lot is striped, it is his opinion that there <br />would be adequate parking available. <br />The applicant has provided proof of application for their Ramsey County Food License and <br />AGED (MN Alcohol and Grambling Enforcement Division) Liquor license. <br />Notice of this public hearing was sent out to property owners within 500 feet of the subject <br />property and notice was published in the City's official newspaper on March 3, 2020. In <br />addition, the following items have been confirmed: <br />• No outstanding water/sewer bills for this property. <br />• No delinquent property taxes for this property. <br />• The Mounds View Police Department has provided a satisfactory background <br />check on the applicant. <br />• All application materials, fees and supporting documents have been <br />submitted and reviewed. <br />• Proof of adequate Liquor Liability Insurance has been provided. <br />Approval of the liquor license is contingent upon passing all required building and fire <br />inspections and issuance of a Ramsey County Food license.
