He commented next Wednesday <br />2 and Thursday he would be attending three different NYFS meetings. <br />3 <br />4 Council Member Meehlhause invited the public to attend Coffee with a Cop on Friday, March <br />5 20th at McDonalds at 9:00 a.m. <br />6 <br />7 Council Member Bergeron stated he would be attending a CTV Board meeting next week. <br />8 <br />9 Mayor Mueller reported she would be attending the Ramsey County League of Local <br />10 Government meeting on Friday, March 13th with Council Member Meehlhause. <br />11 <br />12 Mayor Mueller explained on Monday, March 16th the Council would be holding a retreat at <br />13 Random Park at 6:30 p.m. <br />14 <br />15 Mayor Mueller encouraged the public to review the recent issue of the Mounds View Matters. <br />16 She also reviewed an article from the Shoreview Press regarding the 2020 Census. Reports of Staff. <br />City Administrator Zikmund stated a tentative plan for the final remodeling at City Hall had been <br />completed and work would begin on Friday, March 13th. He explained the work would take six <br />weeks to complete, three weeks at City Hall and three weeks at the Police Department. <br />City Administrator Zikmund reported he completed a H2OPP animation program with CTV and <br />this information would be available to the public. He explained a letter would be sent to all <br />property owners regarding the voluntary program later this week. <br />City Administrator Zikmund commented on the protocol that would be followed by the City for <br />the coronavirus. He encouraged those who are sick or showing symptoms to stay home. <br />10.
