TO: MAYOR, CITY COUNCIL, PARK AND RECREATION DIRECTOR <br />FROM: POLICE CHIEF <br />DATE: JUNE 15. 1989 <br />SUBJECT: SECURITY AT PROPOSED SHELTER BUILDING AT SILVER VIEW PARK <br />I reviewed the site plan on the proposed shelter building at <br />Silver View Park. It is my understanding that the building will <br />be constructed with concrete blocks and the perimeter will be <br />acequaze l y l it. <br />At toe proposed site, I see no great concern regarding security <br />of the building. Obviously, theft and vandalism can occur anywhere, <br />however the Proposed site offers no greater risks than other <br />Park buildings in the City. <br />
