BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Parks and Recreation Commission <br />unanimously agrees that the immediate opportunity to acquire a large picnic facility at <br />the existing community park, Silver View, for a small portion of the total cost, is a <br />project that is better suited for the expenditures of the $20,000 Park Improvement <br />Fund rather than the land use study of the property northeast of Highway 610. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Parks and Recreation Commission requests <br />the City Council to postpone the $20,000 Park Improvement Funded land use study <br />and survey expenditure commitment until such time as money is available for <br />development or the study funding source changes to the General Fund. <br />Adopted this 2nd day of August, 1989 by the Mounds View Parks and <br />Recreation Commission. <br />Wa a Burmeister, Chairperson <br />Frank Silvis, Commissioner <br />Gary StevAson, Commissioner <br />Dave Long, ssioner <br />Pam Starr, Commi inner <br />Edd Trettel, Commissioner <br />
