The estimated distance surrounding Silver
View pond is approximately 6,600 feet. One estimate is given
below. Other estimates will be distributed at the meeting in
order to provide cost comparisons.
Bituminous Consulting & Contracting Co. Inc.
4" base and 2" bituminous $.70/sq. ft.
6 ft. pathway - $4.15/linear ft. $27,165.
8 ft. pathway - $5.50/linear ft. 36,220.
4" base only $.35/sq. ft.
6 ft. pathway - $2.10/linear ft. $13,345.
8 ft. pathway - $2.70/linear ft. 17,770.
Valley Paving
4" base and 2" bituminous 6,600 ft. distance
6 ft. pathway - $4.50/linear ft. $29,700.
8 ft. pathway - $5.35/linear ft. 35,310.
4" base only
6 ft. pathway - $1.55/linear ft. $10,230.
8 ft. pathway - $1.90/linear ft. 12,540.
Since Silver View Park improvements are "on hold" until a
master plan can be developed, staff recommends that this
information be placed in the master plan resource file for
possible future consideration.
