The main cost is the piping and <br />filling of the ditch adjacent to right field. I assumed a total <br />of 200 feet of ditch will need to be piped. The cost of the pipe, <br />fill, fence relocation and turf establishment is approximately <br />$26,300. The major cost is the fill required which accounts for <br />$17,400 of the total. This is a rough estimate and the intent is <br />only as a preliminary study cost.
