The alteration opportunity within the wetland <br />shall be allocated among propertZ owners in proportion to the area <br />of wetland located within each property. <br />1. Any alteration shall not reduce the existing wildlife habitat <br />value of a wetland as measured using the methods approved by <br />the Ci ty. <br />34.
