613. Sediment and soil loss shall be determined utilizing the <br />"Universal Soil Loss Equation" as defined by the U.S. <br />Department of Agriculture Soil Conservation Service Technical <br />Field Guide as amended from time to time and as provided for <br />Ramsey Soil and Water Conservation District. <br />114. Scormwater runoff from a development may be directed to the <br />wetland only when substantially <br />free of si]x sediment, debris, and chemical pollutants, and <br />only at rates which will not substantially <br />the , disturb vegetation or increase turbidity as <br />determined b rhe Cit . <br />315. The proposed action shall not cause stormwater runoff from the <br />wet' and development to take place at a rate which would exceed <br />the uazur&L rate or volume of runoff as anticipated by the <br />Cities Surface Water Management Plan. <br />316.
