A gifts catalog need not be a one-shot effort. After the first catalog is <br />produced, annual or biennial updates should be easy. <br />To improve the gifts catalog program, you might want to conduct a "contri- <br />butor survey" to determine the effective and ineffective components of the <br />overall program. The survey can be done by a professional survey research <br />firm as their contribution to the effort.
