MEMO TO: RIC MINETOR <br />FROM: MARY SAARION rVI <br />DATE: FEBRUARY 12, 1990 <br />SUBJECT: WOODCREST PARK PROPERTY LINE <br />Today Mr. Downing, owner of property north of Woodcrest Park <br />stopped by the office to request that the City attempt to keep <br />people off of his property. He was concerned that park users are <br />infringing on his property while playing in the park, ie. chasing <br />after balls. Currently the City mows approximately 20 - 30 feet <br />of his property according to Mr. Downing. He expressed his <br />desire that the City discontinue mowing his property. <br />The park property line is currently unmarked. I would like the <br />property line determined and plantings such as bushes be planted <br />to firstly offer some physical designation of the property line <br />and, secondly to hinder peoples' passage onto Mr. Downing's <br />property. <br />
