This <br />arrangement has permitted citizens to choose their own haulers <br />and contract directly with them. However, now that yards wastes <br />cannot be landfilled and curbside recycling has begun, many more <br />vehicles are using city streets to remove wastes. The City is <br />evaluating various alternatives to# provide refuse hauling in a <br />more efficient and cost-effective manner. <br />129.
