Bresnan has been a Park and <br />Recreation Board Member since 1957 in <br />Champaign, Illinois. He is a former President <br />of the Illinois Association of Park Districts <br />and the Citizen -Board Member Branch of the <br />National Recreation and Park Association. <br />He is a long time Trusty ` <br />NRPA and is a frequem <br />speaker at state, regior <br />and national meetings. <br />Regina B. Glover has <br />been in the field of <br />parks and recreation <br />for over 15 years. <br />Her board exposure began early as the <br />daughter of a park board member. She has <br />worked in municipal recreation and received <br />her Ph.D. in Recreation from the University of <br />Maryland. At present, she is a fatuity member <br />in Parks and Recreation at Southern Illinois <br />University. She has also been a board <br />member for various non-profit organizations. <br />
