PRELIMINARY PARKLAND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM <br />SILVER VIEW COMMUNITY PARK <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br />MARCH, 1990 <br />FACILITY: <br />Drinking fountains <br />PRIMARY ACTIVITY/FUNCTION: <br />To provide a drinking water source for park users. <br />PLAN DESCRIPTION: <br />One drinking fountain will be handicapped accessible and ideally be <br />mounted on the picnic shelter, while the other will service the athletic <br />field users and spectators. <br />RECREATION CRITERIA: <br />One to be placed between the ballfields where a water source is presently <br />available.
