(k) No person shall drink, consume or have in his <br />possession an open bottle or container of an alcoholic or <br />intoxicating beverage in any motor vehicle when such vehicle <br />is in an open space site or on a parkway. <br />(1) Vehicles shall yield the right-of-way at all times to <br />pedestrians. <br />(m) No person shall participate in a drag race or test of <br />unreasonable acceleration in any open space site or on any <br />parkway. <br />(n)No person s all ause any taxi, imousine or oth r <br />ve zclL <br />'for ire to tand 'n any open space si e or any <br />p k fo th ur se of soli iting or tiakin, in / <br />panr ofiatis c regie ted or .w re married to <br />the sib .aid veh le, .mess lice . sed �y t e_ -city. <br />905.07 PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION. <br />.' <br />Regulations in this par: <br />(a) Violating any of the provisions of this ordinance, <br />shall be a misdemeanor. <br />(b) Any person violating any o <br />expelled, ejected or ousted at <br />site at the discretion of a law <br />905.08 SEPARABILITY. <br />f this article may be <br />such time from an open space <br />enforcement officer. <br />The provisions of this ordinance shall be separable, and the <br />invalidity of any section, paragraph, subparagraph, <br />subdivision or other park thereof shall not make void, <br />impair, invalidate or affect the remainder thereof. <br />905.09 ADDITIONAL RULES AND REGULATIONS The director may <br />adopt additional rules and regulations not contrary to the <br />provisions of this Code governing the use and enjoyment of <br />parks, trails, playgrounds, lakes, ponds, streams and other <br />publicly owned properties which shall be prominently posted <br />or publicly announced in the places where they are intended <br />to apply. Any person who violates a rule or regulation so <br />posed may be excluded from the use of the park system and <br />may in addition be prosecuted as for a misdemeanor. <br />
