Monday, December 19 is her last City Council meeting. A <br /> reception will be given to her at the conclusion of this very <br /> short City Council meeting. We will be presenting the plaque to <br /> her during the City Council meeting so please be here at 7 : 00 <br /> p.m. Your family and friends are certainly invited to partake in <br /> the event.
