MEMO TO: PARKS & RECREATION COMMISSIONERS <br />FROM: MARY SAARION, DIRECTOR <br />PARKS, RECREATION & FORESTRY <br />DATE: OCTOBER 18, 1990 <br />SUBJECT: SLP REQUEST FOR LAKESIDE PARK OPERATIONS <br />As you can see from the attached letters, Spring Lake Park City <br />Council has requested the City of Mounds View Council to consider <br />changing the duties in the responsibility of operations at <br />Lakeside Park. The City Council requested staff to write a <br />letter to the SLP City Council to invite them to a joint meeting <br />regarding this topic. The letter is attached. Also attached are <br />memorandums which I have provided for Jay McCluskey, Director of <br />Parks and Recreation for the City of SLP. I would like to have <br />discussion regarding this issue. <br />
