ALCOHOL IN <br />PARKS: Director Saarion informed the Commission of the request by the Mounds <br />View Festival, Incorporated to hold a beer gardens at the Festival this <br />summer. Director Saarion informed the Commissioners that currently the <br />Park Ordinance prohibits all alcohol in all city parks. For this reason an <br />ordinance change is required to allow a beer garden at City Hall Park <br />during Festival. Commissioner Stevenson made a motion, seconded by <br />Commissioner Long recommending that ordinance revision be written <br />to allow alcohol in City Hall Park only for Festival in the Park event <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />ADJOURNMENT: Commissioner MacDonald made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Dentz to adjourn the meeting. Motion passed unanimously. <br />
